2015: Named to the 2015 All-NEC First Team... Earned a NEC Women’s Lacrosse Player of the Week honor this seasons along with a NEC Offensive Player of the Week honor twice… Ranked second in the nation and led the conference in goals per game at 3.88… Led the team with shots (123), points (74), goals (62), Scored at least two goals in every game... Had a hat trick or better 13 times… Had a season-best of 8 goals and 9 points at Campbell on March 14… Scored the game-winner in the Blackbirds 11-10 win over Saint Francis U. on April 24.
2014: Named 2014 NEC Rookie of the Year… Earned All-NEC Second Team honors… Also named to the All-Rookie team… Led Blackbirds in points (53), goals (38) and assists (15)… Took 109 shots… Had a season-best five goals against St. Joseph’s on Feb. 21… Had season-high seven points against Howard on three goals and four assists….Scored at least one goal in 15 of 16 games… Had a hat trick or better seven times… Named NEC Rookie of the week twice, on Feb. 24 and March 31.
Background: Five-year letterwinner in lacrosse at Minisink Valley High School... Earned All-American honors in 2012... Named First-Team All County from 2010-13 as a midfielder... Also won four letters in soccer and two in track... Will also compete in soccer for LIU.
Personal: Daughter of Edward Peters... Has three siblings (Edward, Jr., Anna and Kristin).
