Michael Robinson enters his third season as assistant track and field/cross country coach at Long Island University. Robinson will oversee the academic progress of the team and work with its sprinters.

 

During his collegiate career, Robinson excelled on the track and field teams at the New York Institute of Technology. Robinson competed in the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes while at NYIT, earning All-American honors five times for his efforts. In 1999, Robinson competed in the Pan-American Games for St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the 4x400-meter relay team.

 

A graduate of NYIT in 2000, Robinson is a native of Brooklyn, N.Y. and now resides in Bronx, N.Y.
