BROOKLYN, N.Y. --- LIU Brooklyn Women's Basketball will conclude its 2016-17 season on Monday, February 27 when the Blackbirds head to Staten Island to face Wagner College. Tip-off for the regular season finale is slated for 7 p.m.

- The Blackbirds were officially eliminated from NEC Tournament contention after their 56-43 loss to Mount St. Mary's on Saturday afternoon. Senior Shanovia Dove led all scorers with 20 points, marking the 18th time in 28 games that Dove has paced LIU in scoring.
- LIU earned a 69-64 victory over Wagner in their last meeting on January 23. Graduate student Dionne Cole led three Blackbirds in double figures, including Dove (17) and freshman Aja Boyd (18).
