2012-13: Outdoor: Recorded a personal-best 1:08.22 at the Metropolitan Championships in the 400-meter hurdles. Indoor: Raced to a time of 1:19.58 in the 500-meter dash at the Bill Ward Indoor Meet.

2010-11: Indoor: Raced to a time of 1:22.0 in the 500-meter dash at the Fordham Christmas Classic… Ran a 1:46.9 in the 600-meter run at the FDU Knight Classic. Cross Country: Clocked in at 26:51 at the Fordham Fiasco.

 

Background: The 2009 New Jersey State Champion in the 400-meter hurdles… Earned First-Team All-Conference Honors in 2008-10… Division state champion in the 4x400-meter relay in 2010… Also played basketball in high school.
