2015: Saw action in 27 games for LIU, with 16 starts… Finished the year with 12 hits and six RBI… Went 2-for-4 with a double, RBI and stolen base at NYIT… Went 1-for-2 with a triple in his first action of the season at Savannah State… Had two hits, an RBI and a run scored against Butler.

2014: Played in 37 games for LIU as a catcher, starting 33… Finished the season hitting .255, with 26 hits, 18 runs scored and 14 RBI…  Had four RBI and three runs scored at Mount St. Mary’s, going 2-for-4 at the plate… Had three RBI at NYIT… Went 3-for-4 at Incarnate Word… Went 1-for-1 at Old Dominion, with two RBI… Caught 11 runners stealing from behind the plate.

Background: Earned four varsity letters in baseball at Teaneck High School… Was named team captain his senior season… Two-time All-County honoree… Three-time All-League honoree… Named Team MVP his senior season… Hit .476 in his senior year… Threw out 39 runners, setting a county record.
