2017: Made 19 appearances on the mound for LIU, including six starts… Finished the season with a 3-5 record on the mound… Had 55 strikeouts in 43.0 innings for the Blackbirds… Had a season and team-best 12 strikeouts in his second start of the year, a win over Southern… Ended the season on the upswing with one earned run in in 7.0 innings pitched in his final three appearances.
2016: Named Second Team All-NEC as a starting pitcher… Was named NEC Pitcher of the Week twice… Led the Blackbirds in wins (7) and ERA (3.05) … Made 15 appearances on the mound with a team-high 14 starts… Pitched 88.2 innings… Had 57 strikeouts and two complete games… Threw a complete game shutout win against Central Connecticut State with four strikeouts, giving up just six hits and one walk… Also had a win against George Mason, pitching 8.0 innings striking out eight, while giving up just three hits and one run.
