Background: Two-year letter winner at Shoreham-Wading River High School…Guided the Wildcats to Suffolk County League 7 title his senior season… Batted .450 with seven home runs, went 8-0 on the mound with a .96 ERA, earning All-State honors as a senior. Garnered All-League honors as a junior…Was also an All-League selection on the gridiron for Shoreham-Wading River…Played summer ball for the East Coast Lumberjacks.
