2007-08: Outdoor: Ran a 2:44.33 in the 800-meter run at the Duke Invitational… Crossed the finish line in 5:27.77 in the 1,000-meter run at the Wake Forest Open. Indoor: Finished the one-mile run at the Great Dane Classic in 6:04.31… Turned in a time of 12:12.10 in the 3,000-meter run at the Northeast Conference Prelims… Cross Country: Completed the race in a time of 22:31.1 at the NEC Championships.
Background: A four-year letterwinner in track and field and cross country at Newfield High School… Earned most improved athlete award for 2005 spring track and 2006 cross country… Also competed in field hockey.
