2009: Started all 18 games… Named to the All-Northeast Conference Second Team… Assisted on the game-winning goal against Fairleigh Dickinson… Helped the Blackbirds’ defense post eight shutouts and a 0.65 goals against average… Earned a spot on the George Mason Tournament All-Tournament Team… Named to the NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

 

2008: One of five Blackbirds to start all 21 games… Moved to defense after playing entire freshman campaign as an outside midfielder… Helped the LIU defense post a league-low 0.80 goals against average and 10 shutouts… Part of a backline that posted back-to-back clean sheets on three separate occasions during the season... Named an NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll member.

 

2007: Started all 19 contests as a freshman... Took eight shots on the season... Named a NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll member.

 

Background: Inducted into Who’s Who Among Students… Player four seasons of varsity soccer at Downington East High School... Helped team to a 19-3-2 record as a senior... Named First Team All-Chestmont and All-Area as a senior... Also earned All-Chestmont recognition as a freshman and sophomore... Played club soccer for the Spirit United Gaels, helping the team to a regional championship and the national finals in 2006... Also ran indoor and outdoor track... A member of the National Honor Society.
