Brooklyn, N.Y. – Thanks to a second place overall finish at the Lonnie Barton Invitational, junior Anna Palsson been named Northeast Conference Golfer of the Week.

 

Palsson carded a 72 on the second day of competition, jumping from 17^th place to second place. On the first day of competition, the Stockholm, Sweden native carded an 81. The round of 72 is Palsson's best this season, having carded a 73 at the Dartmouth Invitational during the fall season.

 

The women are back in action on March 17 at the Siena Invitational in Port St. Lucie, Fla.
