BROOKLYN, N.Y. – LIU Brooklyn head women's golf coach Natalie Desjardins has announced that Emma Paschal has signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the Blackbirds in 2015-16.
"Emma is an outstanding young lady and will fit in well with our team and the values we hold dear," Desjardins said. "She is passionate about her golf game and LIU Brooklyn. I am looking forward to working with her when she arrives on campus next fall."
Paschal was a four-year member of the golf team at Clearwater Central Catholic in Clearwater, Fla. During her career, she was a four-time Florida High School Athletic Association Region 5 Qualifier and a two-time regional medalist. She was also a two-time FHSAA State Championships qualifier.
Additionally, she was a three-time District 14 medalist and set a school record at the Lady Mustang Invitational in 2013 after carding a 69. Paschal holds a 75.1 stroke average, and earned All-Conference First Team honors all four years of high school. She also was a four-time Premier Junior Tour champion.
