BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Women's golf members Cristina Felip and Marisol Doglioli earned spots on All-NEC teams, it was announced the league Wednesday. Felip was named to the All-NEC First Team for the second time in her career, while Doglioli was named to the Second Team.
Felip has now earned postseason honors for her entire four-year career as a Blackbird. This season, the senior held the lowest average of all the Blackbirds. She earned co-medalist honors at the Rutgers Invitational and tied for second after a playoff at the Georgetown Invitational, before finishing her career with a fifth place finish at the Northeast Conference Championship and earning All-Tournament honors. She placed in the top-five at five tournaments this season, and was a two-time NEC Golfer of the Week.
Doglioli was named to an All-NEC team for the third straight year. The junior's top finish came at the St. John's Invitational, where she placed fifth. She also tied for fifth at the Towson Invitational to start out the season. She tied for 10th at the Northeast Conference Championship to be named to the All-Tournament team. Doglioli recorded five top-10 finishes in 2014-15.
