Final Results
LEWISBURG, P.A. – The LIU Brooklyn women's golf team finished 10th after the third and final round of the Bucknell Women's Invitational at the Bucknell Golf Club. The Blackbirds shot 975 for the tournament, just one stroke behind ninth place Siena.
The Blackbirds remained consistent from the second to third round, carding 323 on the day. Senior Victoria Fagan shot the lowest score of the day for LIU, shaving four strokes off of her score from round two to shoot 77. Fagan had the best performance for the Blackbirds, tying for 20th overall. She carded 237 in three rounds of competition.
Fellow senior Marisol Doglioli turned in the second-lowest score for LIU, just one stroke behind Fagan at 78 and carded 238 after the final round of competition. Doglioli tied for 23rd after the third and final round. Sophomore Lauren Rutherglen tied for 48th, carding 249 for all three rounds of competition.
Freshman Sara Ciliberto had her best round of the invitational, improving an impressive seven shots from round two to finish the day shooting 81. Ciliberto tied for 55th after the final round of play.
Rounding out the Blackbirds is freshman Emma Paschal, shooting 259 for the tournament. Paschal tied for 68th overall.
