BROOKLYN, N.Y.- Women's soccer continues Northeast Conference play with its final two home matches of the season this weekend. The Blackbirds host Mount St. Mary's Friday, Oct. 21 at 6:30 p.m., and Sacred Heart Sunday, Oct. 23 at 1:00 p.m.
Last Time Out:
LIU Brooklyn fell to the Saint Francis University Red Flash, 2-0, Sunday afternoon. The Blackbirds dropped to 1-13-0, 0-5-0 NEC with the loss.
Gabi Morales netted both of the Red Flash's goals in the match. Senior Madison Gomez led the Blackbirds with three shots, and sophomore keeper Aline Allmann made 10 saves.
