Day One Results
GRASONVILLE, Md. – The LIU Brooklyn men's golf team stand in 14th after day one of the Towson Invitational. The men trail Robert Morris, who is currently in 13th, by one stroke in the 16-team field. The Blackbirds carded 315 for round one.
Freshman Daniel Reale leads the team after the first round of competition, sitting at +3 on the par-72 course. The Australia native is tied for 14th heading into day two.
Tied for 41st at seven-over par is senior Stewart Gray, carding 79 in his first round of play. One stroke behind Gray is junior Jake Spearpoint, who shot 80 and is tied for 48th overall.
Rounding out the Blackbirds are junior Rodrigo Munoz and sophomore Kyle Maihi, who each shot 81 in the first round to tie for 59th going into the second day of competition.
