DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The LIU Brooklyn women's golf team carded 384 in the second round of the 2016 Northeast Conference Championships. Fairleigh Dickinson is the frontrunner going into the final day of play at +42.
Sophomore Lauren Rutherglen continues to lead the Blackbirds through their final weekend of competition, taking three strokes off of her first round score to move up to 19th overall at 21-over par.
Tied for 21st is Emma Paschal. The freshman shot 84 for her second round, carding 170 going into the third round. Sara Ciliberto stands in 30th after shooting 93 on Saturday, while Mya Jones will go into the final day having carded 125 in round two to stay in 34th overall.
