2016 LIU Brooklyn Men's Golf Schedule

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - LIU Brooklyn head men's golf coach Michael Michaelides announced his team's fall schedule on Tuesday. The Blackbirds will open their 2016 campaign on Sept. 10-11 at the Ryan T. Lee Memorial Collegiate, which is held in honor of former Blackbird Ryan Lee.

LIU will be one of 14 teams to compete in the event that pays tribute to the former men's golfer who tragically passed away in an accident in April of 2011.

Following participation in this special tournament, the Blackbirds will also take part in three other tournaments throughout the fall. The Hartford Hawk Invitational will take place on Sept. 19-20, before LIU travels to upstate New York to the Binghamton Invitational.

Rounding out the schedule is another trip to Connecticut for the Connecticut Cup, hosted by UConn.
