PRINCETON, N.J. ---- The LIU Brooklyn men's track and field team followed up their strong second place showing at the Northeast Conference (NEC) Outdoor Championships last weekend with a victory at the ECAC/IC4A Outdoor Championships Sunday afternoon at Princeton University.
The Blackbirds scored 52 total points to edge out second place Boston University for the team title. The team was consistent in its efforts, recording top five finishers in six different events.

Kwesi Henderson earned LIU's lone individual title at the meet, clocking in at 40.62. Three of the six events with top five performances saw Blackbirds earn silver medals - Williams in the 100 meters (10.45), sophomore DeShawn Bunion (47.92) and senior
Adam Walker-Khan (24-1.75 / 7.36m).
Davis and Walker-Khan finished in the top five in multiple events: Davis added a fourth place run in the 100 (10.65) to his team win in the 4x100 while Walker-Khan also finished fourth in the triple jump (50-7.25 / 15.42m).
