BROOKLYN, N.Y. --- The LIU Brooklyn women's basketball team will return to Brooklyn for a pair of Northeast Conference home games this weekend, beginning with a matchup against Wagner College.

- LIU lost its last outing, 101-71, against Saint Francis U on January 8 in Loretto, Pa. Three Blackbirds reached double figures in the game - senior DeAngelique Waithe (21 pts, 10 rebs), graduate transfer Denisha Petty-Evans (17 pts), and freshman Jeydah Johnson (13 pts). Redshirt junior Drew Winter led LIU with a new career-high 10 assists.
