BROOKLYN, N.Y. --- The LIU Brooklyn women's basketball team plays its final road game of the month, taking on the Central Connecticut Blue Devils Monday evening in New Britain.

Graduate transfer Denisha Petty-Evans bounced back from her first single-digit scoring game with a career-high 27 points against the Bulldogs. Senior DeAngelique Waithe narrowly missed out on a sixth straight double-double, scoring 11 points and grabbing nine rebounds.
