2018-19: Saw action in 23 games with three starts for LIU… Collected a season-high four rebounds in win over Saint Francis U on February 23… Tallied a season-high four points at Robert Morris (Feb 25) and against Bryant (March 3)… NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll member.
2017-18: Missed the season due to injury.
2016-17: Saw action in 25 of LIU's 29 games as a freshman...scored her first collegiate basket and set her season high in points on January 7 at Saint Francis (3 pts)...logged her first double digit rebounding performance in a home matchup against SFU on February 4.
Background: Four-year letter winner and three-time team captain at Paint Branch… Named All-County honorable mention and CKA All-Star in her senior season, after averaging 12.8 points per game, 12 rebounds per game and six assists per game… Finished her junior season averaging 15.0 points per game, on a team that went to the state finals… Was named All-Gazette honorable mention in both her sophomore and junior seasons… Was also named to the All-Tournament team at the DC Junior Nationals and the BB Deep South Tournament in 2013-14 and 2014-15, playing for the DC Heat.
Personal: Daughter of Yulonda Carter… Has one sister, Amber… Plans to be a social worker… Was on honor roll all four years at Paint Branch… Was given the African American Academic Excellence Award in 2012… Also earned the Alpha Kappa Alpha African American Outstanding Academic Award in 2015.
