Hawk Flight Invite Championship Bracket

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. – The LIU Brooklyn bowling team capped a three-day competition at the Monmouth Hawk Flight Invite by going 3-0 in the championship bracket to finish in seventh place over all.

The Blackbirds opened with a 4-2 win over Felician in the first match of the day, winning 147-159, 188-147, 182-139, 177-174, 156-177, 244-142. LIU followed that up with a 4-0 defeat of Caldwell (172-161, 191-170, 232-153, 170-162) and a 4-0 win over Youngstown State (179-158, 198-177, 269-200, 193-168).

Up next, the Blackbirds head to Smyrna, Tennessee to take part in the Vanderbilt Music City Classic, March 17-19.
