RALEIGH, N.C. - The LIU Brooklyn men's soccer team had their contest at North Carolina State cancelled midway through the first half Friday evening, due to lightning on the field. The game, which had only reached the 30-minute mark, will not count and will not be rescheduled.

The Blackbirds had out-shot the Wolfpack 6-1 early in the contest, but NC State had the 1-0 lead in the game when play was supended.
