2019: Made nine appearances out of the bullpen for LIU… Recorded a 1.50 earned run average for the season… Averaged a strikeout per inning pitched… Fanned two batters in three appearances against Siena (April 23), at Albany (May 4) and Hofstra (May 7)… NEC Scholar Athlete of the Year… NEC Spring Commissioner Honor Roll and Academic Honor Roll member.
2018: Appeared in seven games for the Blackbirds… Pitched a scoreless frame in three appearances, twice at Charleston in February and against Saint Peter’s in May…. Named to the NEC Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
Background: Earned four varsity letters as a pitcher at Archbishop Molloy… Was 5-2 on the mound during senior season with a 2.61 earned run average… Selected a 2016 CHSAA Tablet All-Star… Was also selected to the NYC Mayor’s Cup in 2016… Pitched a no-hitter on opening day as a senior for the Stanners… Pitched an 8-inning relief win over St. Joe by the Sea during his senior year… Went 3-0 as a junior.
