2018-19: Third team All-NEC… Played in 32 games for LIU, starting all 32… Set new career highs in every single category, including points (27), rebounds (12), assists (7) and blocks (5)… Finished the year ranked 14th in the league in scoring (13.7 points per game)… Had a team-high eight double doubles… Finished the season scoring in double digits 24 times, including five games with 20+ points… Also finished the year ranked in the NEC in blocks per game (5th - 1.43), three-point field goals made per game (5th- 2.33), defensive rebounds per game (5th - 5.03), rebounds per game (7th - 6.7), three-point field goal percentage (9th - .383), field goal percentage (11th - .473), steals per game (11th - 1.20) and minutes played (15th - 31.53)… Was the first LIU player in nearly five years to register five blocks in a single game against Sacred Heart… Scored a career-high 27 points against Binghamton, going 12-for-19 from the field, including 3-for-6 from three-point range… Also had 11 rebounds against the Bearcats… Opened the season with 21 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and four blocks against New Rochelle… Went 6-for-7 from three point range at Fairfield, scoring 23 points… Had 24 points and a career-high five blocks against Sacred Heart… Had 13 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, four blocks and two steals against CCSU… Had 16 points and six rebounds, along with a career-high seven assists on the road against Fairleigh Dickinson... 2017-18: Sat out season due to NCAA transfer regulations.

Background: Comes to LIU from UMass... At UMass, the Waterbury, Conn. native made 33 appearances, averaging 4.5 points and 2.5 rebounds in 13.4 minutes played, including scoring a career-high 20 points against UCF... Prior to his time with the Minutemen, Flowers played for Sacred Heart high school, scoring over 1000 points in his career, as a part of a three-time state championship team... Was ranked No. 4 in his recruiting class in Connecticut... Also played AAU ball for the NY RENS.
