2015: Started 13 games on the mound for LIU… Ranked second in the Northeast Conference in strikeouts (60), innings pitched (80.1) and starts (13)… Went 7.2 innings allowing two runs with five strikeouts in a win against Sacred Heart… Threw 8.1 innings of two-run baseball in start at High Point… Struck out eight in 7 innings at NJIT… Struck out seven in start at Wagner.

2014: Started 10 games on the mound for LIU, leading the pitching staff with 33 strikeouts… Earned three wins… Had a win at Incarnate Word, giving up just four hits in 6.0 innings of work, while striking out four… Struck out five batters at Lamar… Held NYIT to just one earned run in 6.0 innings for the win… Also earned a win over Northwestern… Had four strikeouts against NJIT and Wagner… Held Central Connecticut scoreless in one inning, giving up just one hit.

Background: Transferred from Howard College in Texas… Made 13 appearances on the mound for Howard in his sophomore season… Compiled a 2-1 record, with a 3.96 ERA… Struck out 58 batters in 63.2 innings, and collected one save… Also earned three varsity letters at Livingston High School in baseball (2) and football (1).
