Commissioner's Winter Honor Roll

BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The Northeast Conference announced its Winter Academic Honor Roll this spring, which included 25 student-athletes from LIU Brooklyn. The honor roll included a total of 599 student athletes with a 3.20 or better grade point average. The league also released a 161-member Commissioner's Honor Roll, comprised of student-athletes with a 3.75 or higher GPA, which included four LIU student-athletes.
 
LIU had student-athletes from the men's basketball, women's basketball, men's track and field, women's track and field and bowling teams named to the academic honor roll. Additionally, four athletes from four different teams were named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll. 
 
All scholar-athlete award winners must have earned a minimum of 60 semester hours, maintained a minimum cumulative grade-point-average of 3.20 and participated with distinction as a member of a varsity team.
