LORETTO, Pa. - The LIU Brooklyn men's basketball team concludes its three-game stint away from home on Saturday afternoon against Saint Francis U. The Blackbirds had a brief two-game winning streak snapped by Robert Morris on Thursday evening, 74-67. Tipoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., with the contest available to fans over the internet on NEC Front Row.

QUICK HITTERS
•LIU committed 19 turnovers and struggled offensively down the stretch, as the Colonials went on a decisive 14-4 run that began with LIU leading 56-55 with less than five minutes reamining.
•Sophomore Martin Hermannsson, who was named NEC Player of the Week for the third time on Tuesday, scored a team-high 18 points and dished out five assists.
•Junior Iverson Fleming made an impact off the bench, scoring 12 points on 3-of-4 shooting. Fleming hit both of his three-pointers and all four of his free throws in 24 minutes of action.
•Leading scorer Jerome Frink was limited to nine points and eight rebounds as he battled through foul trouble for much of the evening. The scoring output snapped Frink's string of 20 straight games scoring in double figures.
•Saint Francis U. also dropped its contest on Thursday night, falling to St. Francis Brooklyn, 70-58.
•In the first meeting between the two teams in early January, the Red Flash came to Brooklyn and downed the Blackbirds, 72-65.
•Frink tallied 18 points while Hermannsson added 17 in the game for LIU Brooklyn, while five players scored in double figures for the Red Flash led by 14 from Greg Brown.
•Ronnie Drinnon had a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds, while Basil Thompson came off the bench to tally 11 points and nine boards.
