BROOKLYN, N.Y. – LIU Brooklyn men's basketball senior Jerome Frink added two more awards to his already distinguished list, Thursday as he was named an Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) All-Star Second Team selection, and a National Association of Basketball Coaches Division I District 18 First Team honoree.
Frink, the 2016-17 Northeast Conference Player of the Year, finished the year fourth in the league averaging 16.8 points per game, and ranked second in the league with 8.9 rebounds per game. He had 13 double-doubles on the season, including 10 games scoring 20 points or more, and was also tenth in blocks (1.0 per game), and averaged 2.3 assists per game. He finished with over 1,600 career points in his college career.
